Rain with sleet, ice and gusty winds are forecast in Tomsk and the region for April 28-29, a warning has been issued. The air temperature in the regional center over the coming long weekend – from April 28 to May 1 – will vary from night to day, the regional hydrometeorological center reported. According to weather forecasters, the temperature will start to get colder on the 30th, but then fluctuations are expected again – warmer and colder. Forecasters do not yet promise stable warmth.
