Didn’t remove the tint – six days in a special detention center: the court arrested the driver of a car with tint for disobeying the legal request of a police officer. The Kalininsky District Court of Novosibirsk considered a case of an administrative offense by a local motorist. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Novosibirsk Region.
It is known that the traffic police, together with the Prosecutor’s Office of the Novosibirsk region, conducted a raid aimed at suppressing cases of driving in violation of legal requirements. As a result of the inspection, a Chevrolet Tahoe SUV with tinted windows that did not comply with current GOST standards was stopped. For refusing to remove the darkening film, law enforcement officers drew up a report against the principal driver and sent him to court. The culprit was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of six days.
Earlier, Vesti Novosibirsk reported that in the Novosibirsk region, two drivers registered with a narcologist were deprived of their licenses.
