430 schoolchildren took part in the tests
In Murmansk, the municipal stage of the festival of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” among students of educational institutions of the II-VI level of the city has ended.
“On Friday, April 26, 2024, at MAU State Center “Avangard”, young Murmansk residents aged 8 to 18 years old took part in a 50-meter freestyle swim. Previously, festival participants were tested at MAU DO SSHOR No. 4. This is running, bending arms lying on the floor among girls, hanging pull-ups on a high bar among boys, leaning forward while standing on a gymnastic bench, standing long jump,” the Murmansk administration reported.
This year, 430 Murmansk schoolchildren took part.
All-Russian physical culture and sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” participants go through three stages: municipal, regional and federal. The finalists of the last stage will receive gold insignia.
