Plots there can be purchased at a very affordable price.
Analysts from a large database of real estate advertisements named the most affordable directions for buying land in the Moscow region. They turned out to be plots along the Yegoryevskoye and Novoryazanskoye highways, the cost of which varies from 790 to 867 thousand rubles, respectively.
Also available options can be found in the Gorky direction (1,270,764 rubles), Kashirsky (2,050,492 rubles) and Simferopol direction (2,437,764 rubles), Moslenta reports.
The most expensive land was on Rublyovka, where the average cost of a plot reached 89 million rubles. However, already on the neighboring Ilyinskoye Shosse the plot will cost almost twice as much – 46 million, and on Borovskoye Shosse – 33 million rubles. It is noted that the average cost of a plot in the capital region is about 5.5 million rubles.
