In Uzlovaya, investigators opened a criminal case against a 26-year-old young man. We are talking about the intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, which resulted in the death of the victim.
The suspect had a conflict with a 32-year-old man on August 20 near a shawarma selling point on Sovetskaya Street in the village of Dubovka. The young man beat the opponent. The victim was taken to the hospital, but the efforts of doctors were in vain. According to our information, the attacker wanted to get food without a queue. Because of this, there was a conflict with the seller. Another buyer stood up for her, for which he was severely beaten. The victim was hit in the face, fell, and then he was brutally finished off with his feet. At the time of the crime, the 26-year-old young man was drunk.
According to the Investigative Committee of the ICR in the Tula region, in the near future the young man will be charged. His guilt, it is specified, he admitted. The investigation will petition to send the resident to a pre-trial detention center.
