Let us remind you that the main innovations of the patch were full support for PS5, Xbox Series X and S, compatibility with Steam Deck, bonus content from the Creation Club and increased stability on all platforms.
In addition, on PC they promised support for ultra-wide monitors, a release on the Epic Games Store, fixes for mods and the Creation Kit editor, as well as problems with saves for players with Cyrillic, Japanese and Chinese characters in their names.

Due to update “next generation” for Fallout 4, the creators of Fallout: London postponed the ambitious mod for an indefinite period, and for good reason: the patch actually broke many modifications running on the Script Extender utility.
The developer of Script Extender is already working on a compatibility update, but cannot provide a release date at this stage: “Don’t bombard my email with questions.”.

Meanwhile, PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers who have access to Fallout 4 through a subscription cannot upgrade to the PS5 version. Bethesda is looking into the situation, but for now the only way to get a free upgrade is to buy the game.
Fallout 4 debuted in November 2015 on PC (Steam), PS4 and Xbox One. In February 2017, Bethesda called the game the most successful in its history, although it did not disclose exact sales (12 million shipments on the first day).
