Spartak forward Ivan Morozov will undergo shoulder surgery, Metaratings.ru reports, citing its own source of information.

The forward was injured on Thursday during the Fonbet KHL Championship match against Salavat Yulaev (6:2).

As Spartak head coach Alexey Zhamnov previously reported, Morozov will be out until the end of the year.

This season, 23-year-old Morozov has 31 (9+22) points in 30 matches with a utility indicator of “+11”.
