Slutskaya responded to rumors about doping voiced by a figure skater who competed with her at the same time: “Who is she anyway?”

Former Russian figure skater, two-time world champion Irina Slutskaya responded to the words of Kristina Oblasova, who stated that Slutskaya used doping during her career.

“Who is this anyway? I don’t know any Kristina Oblasova. I don’t discuss no-name skaters,” Slutskaya said in a conversation with Sport24 correspondent Vladislav Shapiro.

Oblasova is a bronze medalist at the 2004 Russian Championship and a world junior champion (2001).
