Ukrainian Wonderful_Y received a ban on FACEIT for cheating – he was the best in the Elo rating

Ukrainian CS2 player Dmitry Wonderful_Y Horkusha was blocked on FACEIT. This was noticed by reddit users.

The reason for the ban is the use of cheats. At the time of blocking, Wonderful_Y was ranked first in the Elo rating on the platform with 4,377 points. He was ahead of Denis dea Edieva with 4,359 points and Ilya m0NESY Osipov, who at the time of publication of the material reached 4,323 points. How long Wonderful_Y used cheats is not specified.

Previously, FACEIT issued two-year bans to all gamers for using the “cl_ent_bbox*” command, which allowed them to see enemies through walls. Two Eternal Fire Academy players also received punishment – as a result, the club’s management terminated their contracts with the e-sportsmen. Shortly after the vulnerability was discovered, Valve released an update that fixed the “legal WallHack.”
