“For people like Jeannot, there is a separate cauldron reserved in hell. I was always surprised by such people” – ex-Spartak football player

Former Spartak defender Georgy Tigiev spoke about the unique quality of ex-red-and-white midfielder Zhano Ananidze.

“The problem is that the extra pounds stick to me very quickly. I have always envied people who can eat a lot and not gain weight. I was surprised when Jeannot in Spartak put mountains of pasta and meat on his plate and did not gain weight at all. For people like him, a separate cauldron has been reserved in hell (laughs),” Tigiev said in an interview with Sport24 correspondent Tigran Harutyunyan.

Zhano Ananidze played for Spartak from 2009 to 2019, played 122 matches and scored 12 goals. He retired from football in April 2022 at the age of 29 due to numerous injuries.
