The legendary patrol system returns to Counter-Strike 2. There were some bugs, but the players clearly don’t mind this
Valve recently released a major update for Counter-Strike 2. The Overwatch system returns to the game – investigator players study demos of other users suspected of cheating and try to determine whether they are cheaters.
The “people’s map” of Dust 2 is returning – replacing Overpass in the official map pool.
Also, the authors of Counter-Strike 2 offer to look at the confrontation “from the other side” – they introduced the left hand into the game. There is a funny bug associated with this innovation: if desired, the player can run in style.
FRAGZONE showed what this bug looks like. With a grenade held, you just need to constantly change hands – for those who managed to unscrew the Karambit knife in the case (or get it out in another way), this bug will look more stylish.

We also made changes to the gameplay:
- Increased movement speed with Zeus (electric shock) and adjusted attack cone.
- Zeus kill reward increased from $0 to $100 ($50 normal).
- The reward for killing the CZ75-Auto has been increased from $100 to $300 ($150 normal).
- The reward for killing XM1014 has been reduced from $900 to $600 ($300 normal).
