Bohemia Interactive announced that with the release of update 1.25 on the public thread DayZ the addition with the Livonia map will be free. This DLC will become part of the game – all those players who did not buy it will receive the content for free.
The add-on with the Livonia card will no longer be sold separately. The cost itself DayZ will increase slightly, but Bohemia Interactive says the price will be more “economical” compared to the DayZ + Livonia bundle.
Developers DayZ explained the change in policy regarding Livonia by simplifying the portfolio in anticipation of “future developments.” The exact release date for update 1.25 on the stable branch DayZ not yet known. It is already available in the experimental version.
DayZ was released on Steam Early Access more than ten years ago – in December 2013. The game is now available in release state on PC and consoles. Bohemia Interactive continues to support the game with both minor and major updates.
