A lot of windows within windows and eternal switching back and forth is inconvenient in itself, because you cannot call two windows at the same time. But the worst thing is not even that to manually save you need to press 5 buttons, but micropauses.

All interface elements slide out “beautifully”, and until the animation ends, you cannot move to the next window. Therefore, very often the button does not respond because the animation has not yet completed for a microsecond. Similar sensations arise from a slightly slow browser.

The same thing happens if we want to save the game. This can only be done after the main character has completely stopped. Moreover, you won’t be able to call up the menu in advance and wait until the hero runs to save immediately – the button will be unavailable. And very often it happens that everything seems to be fine, but somewhere the microanimation did not end and everything was in vain. Even if the character has already visually stopped, there may be a micropixel, because of which you opened all these menus in vain.

And so that life doesn’t seem like honey, a quick loading simply opens another menu, rather than loading the game.
