Bohemia Interactive studio will stop selling the add-on with the Livonia map for DayZ and will give it to all owners of the original game. The developers spoke about this in a post on the official website of the survival action game.
With the release of update 1.25 on the stable branch of servers, all DayZ owners will have access to the Livonia map – previously the add-on could be purchased separately for ₽690. Due to the fact that Livonia will now be included in the standard edition, the cost of DayZ will increase, but the final price will be lower than the full bundle before the merger. At the time of publication of the material, the game itself can be purchased for RUB 2,390, and the bundle with DLC for RUB 2,772.
The Livonia map was added to DayZ in 2019, five years after the game was released in early access and a year after the release of version 1.0. Unlike “Chernorussia” with an area of 225 sq. km, “Livonia” occupies 163 sq. km. This is a landlocked, wooded map based on the actual Czech Republic landscape.
