The actor supported the Russian invasion of Ukraine in both 2014 and 2022
On Tuesday, September 20, as a result of an accident in the Yaroslavl region, 57-year-old Russian actor and director Sergei Puskepalis died. The irony is that the Russian crashed in a car with a “humanitarian aid”, which he was taking to Moscow for the military, who were going to fight against Ukraine in the Donbass.
According to Russian media, Puskepalis bought a decommissioned Ford Transit cash-in-transit vehicle, which he and his colleagues called an “armored car,” for the front. In the morning, the vehicle was filled with things for the soldiers of the Russian Federation, after which the actor, accompanied by the driver, went to Moscow, but did not arrive.
On the M-8 highway, Sergei Puskepalis, in a car loaded with humanitarian aid, flew into the oncoming lane and crashed into a truck. As a result, both the actor himself and the minibus driver died. The truck driver suffered minor injuries.
It is noted that the Ford Transit with thermal underwear and other necessary things for the Russian military was supposed to reach Moscow, and from there it was supposed to be driven to the Donbass occupied by the Russians.
It is worth noting that Sergei Puskepalis, in addition to roles in Russian-made films, “became famous” in the aggressor country for his love for the so-called “DPR” and friendship with its leader Alexander Zakharchenko. Puskepalis, in particular, financed the militants. And in 2022, he supported the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Previously “Telegraph” reported that in Kherson the house of the famous collaborator Tatyana Tomilina was blown up. After that, the accomplice of the invaders was hospitalized in serious condition, and her bodyguard died on the spot.
