In the new season of the continuation of Daddy’s Daughters, viewers were again introduced to their favorite characters from the original series: Dasha Vasnetsova (played by Anastasia Sivaeva), Ilya Polezhaikin (played by Mikhail Kazakov) and Jiri (played by Mikhail Bashkatov).
According to Anastasia Sivaeva, the news about the resumption of the project was a pleasant surprise for her. “Dasha is that friend with whom you can not see for many years, but when you meet you feel that you have never parted. This character will always be special to me, as will the team of the series,” she shared.
Mikhail Kazakov also noted that he felt as if he was not separated from the team of the series. The actor, whose character became a major and sometimes meets with his former lover Galina Sergeevna, spoke frankly about filming with certain restrictions due to his health condition.
“I haven’t acted for many years, but I heard the director’s magic words, “Motor, let’s start!”, and away we go. I warned the producers about my health conditions, but it turned out that my body forgot about my disability. He entered the frame, and then Polezhaikin suddenly appeared on his own,” the actor noted.
The creators of the series reported that in the third season, the character of Galina Sergeevna, the most reasonable of the Vasnetsovs, will experience significant changes in her personal life. What other plot twists await the large Vasilyev-Vasnetsov family and whether Dasha will return to Venik, fans of the project will find out by continuing to follow the development of the story.
