US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter has filed a lawsuit against the US Internal Revenue Service. The reason is the unreasonable, in the plaintiff’s opinion, disclosure of his personal data. RIA Novosti reports about this today, September 18.
Hunter Biden accuses American tax officials of failing to protect his personal data from disclosure as a citizen.
First lawsuit filed in the District of Columbia metropolitan area, where tax officials work Gary Shapley And Joseph Ziegler. According to Hunter, they repeatedly made public statements, gave interviews to journalists and testified in Congress. The complaint states that the tax department “knowingly and intentionally” didn’t accept “administrative, technical and/or physical measures”to maintain citizen confidentiality.
In the lawsuit, Hunter Biden is asking for $1,000 for each such disclosure of his tax information.
