US President Joe Biden called Russian leader Vladimir Putin a dictator and declared his refusal to bow to Russia. He announced this during a press conference dedicated to the signing of a package of measures to help the allies.
“America stands with our friends. We oppose dictators. We will not bow to anyone, certainly not to Vladimir Putin,” Biden said. The broadcast is on the White House website. According to him, Russia could allegedly take aggressive actions against NATO member countries after Ukraine.
Biden has previously made harsh statements against the Russian leader, calling him a “murderer” and a “dictator.” This led to even greater diplomatic tension between the two countries.
