What Lukashenko said about the use of nuclear weapons

When asked by journalists whether the mechanism for using nuclear weapons is spelled out in the new Military Doctrine of Belarus, the head of state answered negatively.

The mechanism is not specified. This is our business with Putin. It is written where necessary, – said Lukashenko.

He recalled that he once mentioned that he had approved a decree that spelled out the formula for the use of nuclear weapons.

All this is spelled out, and it is clear how to act and what to do, – the president added.
