President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, during his speech at the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, spoke about the situation in Ukraine and the deployment of Russian nuclear weapons on the territory of the republic.
The Belarusian leader said that deterrent weapons are stationed in the republic in the same way that the United States stores part of its nuclear arsenals in Europe. Regarding the possibility of using nuclear weapons from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the president said that the mechanism is not spelled out in the new Military Doctrine, and this is “his personal matter with Putin.”
The mechanism is not specified. Moreover, not only on tactical weapons, but also on conventional weapons, we consult on how, when and where to use them. Therefore, where necessary, it is written

The Belarusian leader assessed Ukraine as a testing ground where “the fate of the future world order is being decided.” He recalled that, in fact, the world’s leading nuclear powers are already involved in the conflict, and after the end of hostilities, the world will no longer be the same.
Lukashenko also commented on the approval of a new package of military assistance to Kyiv from Washington. He said that he was confident that this bill would be passed, but American money would not affect the situation at the front.
Therefore, they will give a little money until the Ukrainians, more or less healthy, run away and die there. This will not change the situation at the front at all, it will not change it at all. It’s not about the money. This money still needs to be spent. They will be mastered in America
