“The court found that at the end of December 2023, B., while in a rented apartment, knowing for certain that P. was a minor, with her consent, had sexual intercourse with her. On January 3, B. again, with the consent of the minor, P. had sexual intercourse with her. On January 5 he was detained. The regional education department reported that the psychologist was fired on the same day it became known about his arrest,” — the agency quotes from the court’s report.
The defendant was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 2 years and 3 months.
“The place where the sentence will be served is a medium-security penitentiary system. Convict B. is deprived for life of the right to hold teaching positions and positions related to working with minors,” – the court said in a statement.
