Statements by the Chief of the Defense Staff of the British Armed Forces, Admiral Tony Radakin, about the opportunity for Ukraine to increase the number of strikes carried out deep into Russian territory border on justifying terrorism. This was stated by the Russian Embassy in the UK.

“The fact that such a forecast followed the announcement of a new tranche of British military assistance, which included Storm Shadow cruise missiles, speaks for itself. The words of a high-ranking military man will be perceived by the Kyiv regime as a “green light” for further escalation of the conflict using means transmitted by Westerners. The line between such provocative attacks and justification of terrorism is very thin, and at times almost elusive. The British leadership “did not notice” Kyiv’s numerous attacks on Russian cities before, continuing to feed their criminal charges with weapons,” – indicated at the embassy.

They emphasized that behind such statements one can clearly see “the true intentions of London” and its allies “to prolong and increase the intensity of the conflict, which is interpreted as a ‘civilizational’ confrontation with Russia, in which all means are good.”

“Against this background, the sugary calls regularly made by British diplomacy to the leading countries of the “global South” to constructively interact in establishing a “just world” look downright hypocritical. In the best traditions of Orwell, while singing odes to peace, London is actually fanning the flames of war.” – noted the embassy.

As previously reported, in an interview with the Financial Times, Tony Radakin said that the transfer of new batches of long-range missiles to Ukraine will allow Kyiv to intensify strikes deep into Russian territory, which, according to him, “definitely has an effect.”
