Prices for the new electric minivan Evolute i-Van were announced in Russia

The domestic electric minivan Evolute i-Van, which was officially announced in Russia back in September last year, without taking into account the discount under the state program, will cost 3,990,000 rubles. Auto News of the Day learned about this during regular monitoring of the Evolute brand website.

So far, the price on the Evolute website includes government support – 3,065,000 rubles. However, if we add to it the same benefit under the state program, which is 35% of the cost of the car, but not more than 925 thousand rubles, then it turns out that the “net” recommended retail price should be equal to 3,990,000 rubles.

It was previously reported that the Evolute i-Van will go on sale in the second or third quarter of 2024. A more exact date is still unknown, but in any case, the model is positioned as a universal vehicle that is well suited for use for corporate and commercial purposes, as well as everyday movement around the city with the whole family or a large company.

The Evolute i-Van is powered by a single 122-horsepower electric motor on the rear axle, which is powered by a 67.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery with a range of up to 400 kilometers. In standard mode, it charges in 15 hours, and in fast charging mode, its charge can be replenished from 30 to 80% in just 37 minutes.

The default equipment of the minivan includes air conditioning, a multimedia system with a 10-inch touch screen and support for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, electric windows, parking sensors, a rear view camera, electrically adjustable front seats (six for the driver and four for the passenger), three USB connectors, on-board a computer with a 3.5-inch screen and a function to warn pedestrians about the approach of an electric vehicle.

Let us remind you that in April, Auto News of the Day compiled a rating of the cheapest minivans on the Russian market. If the final price tag for the Evolute i-Van turns out to be correct, it could take a confident second place on this list, behind only the Haima 7X, which costs from 3,600,000 rubles.
