The Geely Galaxy Starship SUV will be able to travel up to 2,000 kilometers when fully refueled.

Geely showed a prototype of its flagship Galaxy Starship SUV at the Beijing Auto Show. The model received the latest Thor hybrid power plant, which allows for up to 2,000 kilometers of range with a fully charged battery and a full refueling of the car. Geely plans to begin mass production of its hybrid power plant next year and will install it in flagship SUVs. The manufacturer claims that the car’s engine provides fuel consumption of 2 liters per 100 kilometers, placing this power plant in first place in the industry among production cars. Geely also presented at the auto show the so-called digital chassis – a set of hardware and software with artificial intelligence, combined into a single intelligent architecture.
