Four Tyumen restaurants use meat of unknown origin for their dishes. The regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor reports this on the official website.
“Only 2 out of 6 audited organizations comply with veterinary rules and use inspected meat for cooking. The remaining 4 enterprises: “Tandir” (LLC “SibResTorg” and LLC “Deja Vu”), restaurant “Sameba” (LLC “Family House”), restaurant “Our Barash” (LLC “Asiafood”), bistro “Gyros” (IP Vasiliev M.E.) purchase lamb without veterinary accompanying documents,” the message says.
The lack of documents does not allow us to find out the origin of meat, its expiration dates and the presence of veterinary and epidemiological risks. According to Rosselkhoznadzor, dishes made from such raw materials can pose a health hazard.
