The Suzdal District Prosecutor’s Office is demanding through the court the closure of the bathhouse and hotel complex in the village of Bogoslovo near Vladimir. During the inspection, it was found that the tourist facility is located on lands intended for the construction of private cottages, which is prohibited by current legislation.

As the prosecutor’s office of the Vladimir region said, the inspection was carried out jointly with the office of Rosreestr for the Vladimir region. The head and owner of the legal entity were presented with a request to close the tourist complex on Lugovaya Street, located on land plots intended for residential development.

However, the owner of the establishment refused to cease his activities, in connection with which the prosecutor sent a statement of claim to the court to prohibit the activity of leasing and using real estate for other purposes, as well as to oblige the defendants to remove information about the reservation and rental of objects on the territory of the hotel and bath complex.
