Patrushev discussed strategic stability in the format of the Russia-ASEAN meeting in St. Petersburg – North-West |

Saint Petersburg. April 24. INTERFAX – Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev and the coordinator of the Russia-ASEAN dialogue partnership, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Intelligence and Counterintelligence of the Cambodian Ministry of Defense Duong Uddam held a meeting in St. Petersburg in the Russia-ASEAN format.

“The issues of strategic stability, arms control, as well as the situation in the Asia-Pacific region were discussed in detail,” the press service of the Russian Security Council said. The conversation was attended by heads of delegations from ASEAN member states.

The negotiations took place on the sidelines of the XII international meeting of high representatives in charge of security issues, held under the auspices of the Russian Security Council.
