A new developer is entering the St. Petersburg market and will build premium-class residential complexes (LCDs). RBC writes about this.

Previously, the Zapstroy group of companies, owned by the former chief architect of the Leningrad region Evgeny Domrachev and his brother Sergei, was engaged in the construction of economy and comfort class housing in Murino. Now a new developer, LAR Development, has been created on the basis of the group. The company’s first project will be the premium residential complex Ranta Residence in the Kurortny district.

“The success of the project will primarily depend on the well-developed concept, reasonable planning solutions and the architectural component of the complex,” said Elizaveta Conway, director of the residential real estate and land development department at Nikoliers.

The company also acquired a plot of land in St. Petersburg on Ligovsky Prospekt and a building for reconstruction in Gatchina Park.

Earlier, 78.ru wrote that in St. Petersburg they named the top developers by the number of apartments sold.
