April 24. An investigator from the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Susumansky District has completed an investigation into a criminal case accusing an employee of an enterprise of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (forgery, production or circulation of counterfeit documents), the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Magadan Region told MagadanMedia.

It was established that when applying for employment in the organization, a foreign citizen born in 1993 provided a tractor driver’s license with signs of forgery.

According to the expert’s conclusion, the document does not correspond to the established sample and manufacturing technology used by the enterprise for the production of these products.

During the investigation of the criminal case, the accused fully admitted his guilt and repented of his actions.

The indictment was approved by the prosecutor’s office. The criminal case has been sent to court.

The maximum sanction for this article is imprisonment for up to one year.
