More juvenile drivers caught in the Omsk region | Latest News from Omsk and Omsk region

Parents, as always, are not in the know.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, two minors were detained in Omsk and the Omsk region for driving cars without the knowledge of their parents.

In the first case, the incident occurred in the Kirov district of Omsk, where a 15-year-old teenager, along with three friends as passengers, ignored the traffic police demand to stop and, on the contrary, tried to hide from prosecution. He was eventually detained in one of the courtyards.

In the second case, a 16-year-old resident of the village of Krasnaya Gorka, Omsk region, was detained. The young man was driving around in a car and was stopped by State Traffic Inspectorate officers, but in this case, obviously, there were no attempts to escape.

The parents of both teenagers were reportedly completely unaware of their children’s pastimes. However, their antics created a danger of accidents and, consequently, the health and lives of other people.
