The “My Home – Yaroslavl” application was launched. Using the service, you can find out the latest news in your area, receive alerts about utility failures or worsening weather, and it also gives you the opportunity to vote for various projects and proposals. Owners of personal accounts will receive notifications on mobile devices. You can report any problem online, attach a photo and geolocation.
Denis Flegontov, head of the plumbing department:
“Thanks to this program, a resident can send photos with geolocation. We can look at these photographs, and thanks to this the problem is solved faster.”
Yulia Purysheva:
“In the application you can immediately see: the performer, who is appointed, which institution and follow up. You receive a notification in the app directly to your phone. For example, if the lights are not on, or if there are potholes on the roads, in the winter this is snow removal. If the radiator in the house does not work and does not heat, you can leave it, as they transfer it to management companies.”
The application can be downloaded from any available marketplace. At the moment, more than five thousand Yaroslavl residents use it. The platform was formed at the single center of the UDS Housing and Communal Services database and is updated online.
Anton Kirillov, first deputy head of the administration of the Dzerzhinsky district of Yaroslavl:
“A fairly convenient platform has been created – My Home Yaroslavl. Where residents can leave their requests on a variety of issues. This also applies to an apartment building and any issues related to the life of the city. All services are included in the program, and the appeal is sent to the one that should resolve the issue.”
