The old five-story building No. 8, built in 1967, on Matveev Street in Orel has long been forgotten.

There is no road, no threshold, no railings either. 250 people live in the house, one of them is Olga Mitrofanovna.

She is almost 90 years old and cannot see anything. Because of his illnesses, he also walks on crutches, they said in the executive committee of the Popular Front in the Oryol region.

It is impossible for grandma to leave the house without someone’s help. And at the same time, she regularly pays 300 rubles a month for major repairs and maintenance of the house.

“Everywhere the pensioner turned, it was all to no avail.” The house has never been renovated in all its years, although it was planned for 2021. We will turn to the law enforcement agencies of the Oryol region with a request to evaluate the work of the Criminal Code of the Sovetsky District and help the blind pensioner make a safe exit from the entrance, says the head of the executive committee of the Popular Front in the Oryol region Vladimir Filonov.

NOTE. The house is served by the management company “Sovetsky district”, is part of the business structures that it controls Alexander Kasyanov and “First City” management company.
