Reference. The state autonomous cultural institution of the Tyumen region “Tyumen Concert and Theater Association” was created on April 7, 2014. The structure of TKTO united five state cultural institutions: the Tyumen Philharmonic, the Tyumen Puppet Theater, the Tyumen Bolshoi Drama Theater, the Tobolsk Drama Theater named after P.P.
