Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Samara took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
37% of HR managers believe that applicants need to indicate any hobbies and interests in their resume, 24% of recruiters prefer to see in their resume only those hobbies that correspond to the specialty and the nature of the future job. And only 22% consider this information unnecessary.
5% of recruiters spoke about cases where a hobby actually became the reason a candidate was denied employment. Judging by the comments, job applicants who are fond of extreme sports were most often denied jobs (due to the risk of injury and, consequently, long periods of sick leave).
