An unusual way of riding an electric scooter was caught on video in Saratov. The video recording of this was published in the “Sunny Saratov” community on the VKontakte social network.

The recording shows several young people crossing the road on scooters and entering the pedestrian zone. Two people ride on one of the scooters, but in a very unusual way – one of the scooters sits on the other’s neck.

Please note that riding a scooter together is prohibited. In addition, scooter riders must dismount to cross the roadway.

“They ride around and almost knock people over, rushing around. Why isn’t anyone doing anything about this? At least one at a time so we can go. Or will they begin to act only when someone scrapes the asphalt with their face?” — asked the author of the publication.
