According to the press service of the Government of the Tver Region, the multimedia park “Russia – My History” hosted an intensive project forum “Oh! Idea”, which brought together 200 schoolchildren, student mentors and teachers from schools in Tver and the Upper Volga region. The event program was intense; one of the important events was the planting of a Crimean pine seedling in the park.

This is a gift from the Tver region in honor of the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the “Russian Spring”, which took place at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”. The seedling was grown in the nursery of the State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan Belogorsk Forestry.” Crimean pine symbolizes active longevity, indestructibility and fidelity to duty.

The key goal of the intensive “Oh! Idea” – strengthening the personal resources of the younger generation, stimulating and supporting the development of their initiatives.

“There are many talented children and youth in the Tver region. It is very important that each of them feels supported and has the opportunity to realize their abilities,” says Governor Igor Rudenya.

With the help of a game station game, the participants of the intensive mastered the basics of social design of an action, business, event, and became acquainted with the concepts of the target audience, social problem, goal and objective, and expected result. In teams with mentors, the guys developed their own socially significant business, which they will implement until June 1, 2024.
The event was held as part of the “Vector for the Future” comprehensive program for the prevention of risky behavior among children and adolescents, which has been implemented in the Tver region since September 2022.
