April 24. The son of Senator from the Irkutsk region Sergei Brilka submitted documents to participate in the preliminary vote of United Russia. Ivan Brilka intends to run for the Irkutsk Duma in electoral district No. 34. The IRO ER press service reported this to IrkutskMedia news agency.

“Based on the education I received, but most importantly, on extensive practical experience in construction and in managing enterprises, I decided to participate in the elections of deputies to the Irkutsk Duma. And I am putting forward my candidacy for the preliminary vote of the United Russia party in district No. 34. Because our the city needs positive changes, which can only be achieved through constructive interaction between all branches of government and tireless attention to the wishes and needs of citizens,” Ivan Brilka commented on his decision.

Let us add that Ivan Brilka was born in 1978 into a family of builders. He has two diplomas from Baikal State University – in the specialties of commerce and state and municipal administration, and also graduated from INRTU in 2001 with a degree in jurisprudence. Engaged in business activities related to the construction and operation of commercial and industrial buildings. Married, he and his wife have two children.
