Alfa Contact Day, a city holiday from Alfa-Bank, took place in Voronezh on March 30. Guests of the event attended lectures on financial literacy, self-development, the art of communication and networking, met and received career advice from the Alfa-Bank team.
The city holiday Alfa Contact Day debuted last year and was successfully held in several cities of Russia. This is a unique educational and entertaining event for those who value the importance of communication and want to develop and enjoy together. After a short winter break, the holiday returned in an updated format. The main theme of the new Alfa Contact Day was contacts: with other people, careers and oneself. This philosophy formed the basis of Alfa Contact Day in Voronezh. The real center of benefit at the festival was the main stage, where workshops, lectures and master classes were held from invited speakers and Alfa-Bank experts. Professional gymnast, world championship medalist and millionaire blogger Samira Mustafaeva shared her secrets on how to keep your body healthy, remain productive and do exercises right at your workplace.
The founder of the School of Impudence, Daria Kabitskaya, spoke about the kinetic image and how to pump up charisma. Ekaterina Leskova, an expert on management development at Alfa-Bank, gave a lecture on financial literacy, talking about how to stay in touch with your personal budget. Other speakers from Alfa-Bank also shared their expertise – Pavel Kibalchich, communications tone development specialist, and Ignat Mustaev, head of the communications tone development team – spoke about the nuances of correct and effective contact between business and client. The final part of the educational program was the quiz “Training in the Alpha style” from Irina Vatueva, head of the personnel professional development department, and Kirill Mozharovsky, head of the communications development department, from Alfa-Bank.

The entertainment program of the holiday was no less in demand. Guests of Alfa Contact Day took tests, got to know each other through peer-to-peer* activities, set records on a balance board, took pictures with Alfa Bank’s mascot – the cat Tink, ate free cotton candy, created masterpieces with Lego and played board games . They also received coins, which were then exchanged for exclusive merch from Alfa-Bank. The main lucky winner of the day walked away with the main prize – a brand new iPhone 15.
Alfa Contact Day is not the only Alfa-Bank event in Voronezh: on the eve of the holiday, a closed presentation event of Alfa Contact Day was held in the city. At a special master class, bloggers from Voronezh, together with employees of the Alfa-Bank contact center, under the guidance of star chef and Hell’s Kitchen participant Ilya Zakharov, prepared local cuisine.
