But it is important to remember that the very possibility and method of displaying the “Label” depends on the technical parameters of the network and the specific phone model and the use of Caller ID and anti-Caller ID services by subscribers.

“All calls from the Beeline retail business support service come with a “Label.” When our operators call clients, the short number 0611 and the inscription “Beeline” or beeline are displayed on the phone screen. If you don’t see this, but the caller claims that he is a “Beeline operator,” you can confidently say that they are scammers,” explains Dmitry Chernov, director of customer service for the retail business of VimpelCom PJSC.

“Identification of outgoing calls to corporate clients became a priority when implementing Labels in the Beeline call center. Today, the service helps us not only reach B2B clients more often, but also structure the conversation more loyally: when the client sees that it is a Beeline business calling, he has the opportunity to decide whether he is ready to communicate right now or will answer later. In this case, the labels will be different depending on the issue for which the operator is calling. For example, “Beeline business”, “Beeline expert support” or “Beeline business technical support”,” comments Yulia Parshutkina, director of service and sales support for the corporate block of VimpelCom PJSC.

Another interesting version of the “Label” was set up by the Beeline directorate for working with small and medium-sized businesses.

“When our managers call existing clients, we use a “Label” with personalization. That is, the last and first name of our employee, a bee and “Beeline business” in Cyrillic or Latin appear on the subscriber’s screen. If you see such an inscription on your phone, feel free to pick up the phone! We will talk about your current contract with us or offer options for developing relations. “In the near future, the “Label” will appear on all numbers of our managers,” says Galina Balukina, director of small and medium-sized businesses at VimpelCom PJSC.
