According to preliminary information, a driver born in 1965 in a Nissan Micro was driving from the city of Yekaterinburg towards Kurgan. At the 339th kilometer of the Yekaterinburg-Shadrinsk-Kurgan highway, a man drove into the lane intended for oncoming traffic and collided with a KAMAZ vehicle. The truck was driven by a driver born in 1988. As a result of the collision, the driver of the car and his passenger (a woman born in 1966) died at the scene of the accident.
