A single open day of the federal project “Professionality” was held in the Chelyabinsk region. More than 13 thousand high school students took part in it. The guys visited educational and production clusters that were created at colleges and technical schools. Here students can master in-demand professions in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, construction, information technology and other industries. Students will be able to quickly master their chosen specialty and enter professional work at a specific enterprise,” explained the Minister of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region Vitaly Litke. — The employment rate of our graduates under the federal project “Professionalism” is about 85%. In addition, graduates immediately find high-paying jobs after completing their studies.

Schoolchildren were introduced to the latest changes at its sites. Thanks to the “Professionality” project, the material and technical base for training future machine builders has been updated. Last year, modern equipment was purchased and launched to train specialists for high-tech production in metallurgy.

A single open day was held throughout Russia. In the Chelyabinsk region, colleges and technical schools have joined it, where educational and production clusters have been created. In total, 33 secondary vocational education organizations in the Southern Urals took part in it.

The federal project “Professionalism” is aimed at creating a new model for training qualified personnel in demand in the regional economy. In the Chelyabinsk region there are eight educational and production clusters based on technical schools and colleges. And this year five more will be opened, of which two are in “Mechanical Engineering”, as well as “Fuel and Energy Complex”, “Robotics Industry” and “Clinical and Preventive Medicine”.
