In Voronezh, the search for a contractor has begun to carry out a major overhaul of combined kindergarten No. 33. The initial maximum price is 50 million rubles. Information about the start of trading appeared on the government procurement website.
The contractor will have to renovate the facade of the building located at the address: st. Lenina, 65. In addition, the auction winner needs to repair the stairs, replace utility networks and carry out interior decoration of the premises.
The work will be carried out in 10 stages, they must be completed between June 10 and August 15. The contractor’s guarantee for all types of work will be five years.
The customer is the preschool educational institution itself. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 3. The results of the auction will be announced four days later, on May 7.
