In the Kursk region, a man who shot a puppy was fined 40 thousand. The incident occurred on the morning of March 27 in the Zolotukhinsky district.

“A 45-year-old man near the building of the House of Culture shot a stray dog ​​with a hunting rifle, without legal grounds for using a weapon,” the joint press service of the judicial system of the Kursk region reported.

The man admitted his guilt in committing an administrative offense. He was sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 40 thousand rubles with confiscation of weapons.
