“A prominent place in construction life.” The Sevastopol organization has been firmly on its feet for 10 years

In 2023, upon the recommendation of the Union, two construction veterans were awarded the title “Honored Builder of Sevastopol.” Many famous builders were rewarded with letters from the governor, the Legislative Assembly, and the Russian Union of Builders. The volume of construction and installation work in the region amounted to more than 26 billion rubles.

The “Union of Builders of Sevastopol” works very closely with the Institute of City Development, where construction personnel are trained. The Sevastopol school of seismic construction is being revived together. Only in Sevastopol there are houses standing on a seismic-insulating foundation.

Construction personnel are being trained and prepared for the NOC; more than 400 people have already completed this training and have successfully confirmed their place in the NOC!

The construction technical school, where I am the chairman of the state commission, this year had a competition of more than 4 people per place! Most of the guys undergo internships at the enterprises of members of the Union of Builders,” – Alexander Livshits informed.

A lot of work is being done by members of the Union in new territories; more than 20 construction enterprises in the city are successfully operating there. Relations have been established with the relevant structures of the Government of Sevastopol.

Representatives of the Union are members of the Supervisory Boards or public councils of all relevant departments, Sevstroynadzor, Sevexpertiza, City Council and so on. When holding tenders with a single supplier, the recommendations of the Union of Builders of Sevastopol regarding pre-selection are taken into account.

“We really hope that in our anniversary year we will be able to work even more fruitfully for the benefit of the Hero City. Of course, we will ask the city leadership and the RSS to take part in these ceremonial events,” — summed up the president of the Union of Builders of Sevastopol, Alexander Livshits.
