One of the former buildings of the Skorokhod factory in St. Petersburg is being reconstructed into an apart-hotel. RBC Petersburg reports this.
The Soyuz Development company bought a four-story historical building with an area of 3.4 thousand square meters from Okhta Group. m on Zastavskaya street in the Moskovsky district.
The historical building was built in 1890 for the St. Petersburg Mechanical Shoe Production partnership. Now they want to turn it into an apart-hotel with 80 rooms ranging from 22 to 71 square meters. m and commercial premises with an area of about 600 sq. m. “MTL-Apart” (part of the “Best” group of companies). The cost of the object is not disclosed.
Earlier, 78.ru wrote that a business center in the Petrogradsky district would be turned into an apart-hotel. It is expected that a new service apart-hotel “Omega-Apart” will be opened in the building of the former Midel business center on Pesochnaya Embankment.
