In Kursk, a park is being landscaped at the intersection of Soyuznaya and Kuibysheva streets

The improvement of the park at the intersection of Soyuznaya and Kuibysheva streets continues. Work in the park is being carried out within the framework of the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. Kursk residents chose this territory during an all-Russian vote on the improvement of territories for 2024.

This year, as part of the third stage, the square will be filled with small architectural forms. Now the contractor is already carrying out preparatory work and laying out additional trails.

As a result, new tile paths will be installed in the park, curbs will be installed, and new benches and trash cans will be installed. In addition, the contractor will install a new playground, sports areas and decorative elements. The final stage will be landscaping the area.

As part of the third stage, funds from the budget of three levels have been allocated for the improvement of the square. The cost of this year’s work will be 39.9 million rubles.
