A round table on the topic “Mentoring as a dialogue between generations” took place at the Tula Weapons Museum.
The event was organized by the regional branch of the Women’s Union of Russia. It was attended by representatives of the organization from all municipalities, as well as members of the Tula branch of the public-state movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”.
The chairman of the Tula Regional Duma, secretary of the regional branch of the United Russia party, Nikolai Vorobyov, addressed the meeting participants. In his speech, he noted that the Women’s Union of Russia always raises the most pressing problems and challenges of our time. Mentoring is one of the developing areas of work within the framework of the party project “Women’s Movement of United Russia”.
– You have gathered here to discuss an extremely important issue – the topic of effective interaction between generations. And mentoring, which became the subject of discussion, is one of the main tools to ensure high-quality results of joint activities and create a solid foundation for the future. As a manager, I can say that one of the most important qualities of a manager at any level is the ability to solve strategic problems, problems of the future. Therefore, the goal of any leader is to raise a worthy successor, capable of not only continuing what he started, but also leading the team further, ensuring the development of everything that exists today,” said Nikolai Vorobiev.
The speaker of the regional Duma thanked the representatives of the regional branch for the great work they carry out on an ongoing basis, in particular, for supporting the participants in the special military operation and their family members.
For the popularization of civil initiatives, the implementation of socially significant projects and actions in support of family values and traditions, Nikolai Vorobyov presented the representatives of the fair sex with Letters of Gratitude from the Tula Regional Duma.
In turn, women social activists, led by their leader, regional coordinator of the “Women’s Movement of United Russia” Tatyana Lysenko, thanked Nikolai Yuryevich for his close cooperation and help in resolving many issues and presented him with memorable gifts that they made with their own hands.
