In the first three months of 2024, over two thousand entrepreneurs in the region registered a business in Sberbank.
The figure, compared to the same period last year, is 10% higher. At the same time, about 40% of beginning businessmen in the region opened their own business using the “Business Registration and Remote Account Opening” service.
As the financial institution said, according to statistics, 85% of the number of new registered businesses are individual entrepreneurs – more than 1,700, but limited liability companies – 15%. Most often in the first quarter, regional entrepreneurs opened businesses in the retail trade sector. In second place by the number of registrations was a business whose activities are related to road freight transport, in third place was the construction of residential and non-residential buildings and the provision of services to hairdressers and beauty salons.
