The construction of two residential buildings for resettlement under the renovation program in the east of the capital in the Bogorodskoye district at the address: Igralnaya Street, possession 1, will be completed in 2025, said the head of the construction department, which is part of the complex of urban planning policy and construction of the city of Moscow, Rafik Zagrutdinov.
At the moment, the construction of the above-ground part of the building is underway.
“The residential buildings will be of varying number of floors, they will be built according to an individual project. The objects will combine style design, courtyard space and parking. The facades of the buildings will be faced with porcelain stoneware slabs, and metal baskets for air conditioners will be installed on them. The entrance areas will be decorated with stained glass glazing,” Zagrutdinov said.
The building will have 486 apartments. The finished improved finishing in them will fully comply with renovation standards.
The surrounding area will be landscaped and landscaped. Specialists will also install a children’s playground with a safe rubber surface, a sports ground, and a recreation area for adults.
