In Russia there is a procedure that determines the conduct of a special assessment of working conditions

On March 1, 2023, an order of the Russian Ministry of Labor came into force in Russia, defining the specifics of conducting a special assessment of working conditions in workplaces in organizations related to micro-enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, carrying out as the main one of the types of economic activity specified by this order, reports the press. department service.

The simplified procedure does not apply if the micro-enterprise has workplaces with harmful or dangerous working conditions.

The employer, together with employees, identifies potentially harmful or dangerous production factors without involving an organization conducting a special assessment of working conditions.

During identification, the production equipment used, materials and raw materials that are sources of harmful and hazardous factors in the working environment, the occurrence of occupational injuries, as well as the results of sanitary-epidemiological and production control are taken into account.

Based on the results of identification, the employer’s commission issues a checklist for each workplace. After the employer approves the checklists and familiarizes employees with them, a declaration of compliance of working conditions with state regulatory labor protection requirements is drawn up.

After this, the State Labor Inspectorate will independently enter the declaration of the microenterprise into the state Register of Declarations and FSIS SOUT.
